Etupesu Vantaa Oy is a Finnish-registered company with a team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We act as a buyer-side intermediary in gold and oil: we represent corporate buyers, identify credible suppliers, and coordinate each transaction from first contact through mutual due diligence and contract.
Our aim is to be a single, accountable point of contact for our partners and to work only with serious, verified counterparties.

Sourcing physical gold for corporate buyers, with independent assay and documented chain of custody.
Oil
Connecting buyers with suppliers of crude oil and petroleum products under clear contract terms.
How a transaction works
- NCNDA and IMFPA. Signed between the parties to protect all positions.
- Buyer LOI/ICPO. Issued with full buyer company details.
- Seller FCO. Full Corporate Offer with product specifications, supply capacity and delivery terms.
- Mutual due diligence. KYC/AML on both parties; proof of funds and proof of product verified through the banks.
- SPA. Buyer and seller sign the sales and purchase agreement directly.
Due diligence
Mutual KYC and AML checks on buyer and seller before a deal proceeds.
Transparency
Clear terms, written agreements and documented proof at each step.
Confidentiality
Partner information and deal terms are handled with discretion.
